ORDERING
At Coastline Imports, we want you to be comfortable ordering your favorite product whether it is by mail, online or phone. Below are various ways that you can order.
MINIMUM:$250 opening order / $100 reorder.

BY MAIL
If you would like to pay with a check* or money order, we ask that you go through the online ordering process until you get to the "Summary" page. Please print this page and include with payment and mail to:

ONLINE ORDERING
Orders can be placed, viewed, and changed online, at any time. From our online ordering process, you can view and edit your company profile, check availability of any items. See our Promotion section and new coming product.

All information provided during the ordering process is confidential and we do not, under any circumstance, share or sell any of your information.

If you need a specific requirement or have complicated shipping needs, we encourage you to contact us at (626) 336-3399 as our specialists will be happy to guide you through the ordering process.Sales staff is available Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM. To 3:30 Pacific Standard Time. Messages left after normal business hours will be returned the following business day.

BACKORDER POLICY
In the event that a product is unavailable, you will not be charged for the out of stock item.If you do not authorize cancellation, product will be shipped once available. Backorders will ship as they arrive in stock. If you don not wish to receive your backorders, please call to cancel. If the backorders is not canceled, we will not be held responsible for freight on returned backorders.

PAYMENTS
We accept MasterCard, Visa as well as Certified Checks. 1.5% per month charge for payment not received.

TERM
We accept Net 30 days with approved credit.Please download the “Credit Application” page, filled out and FAX back to (626) 336-8978.

SHIPPING POLICIES
We choose UPS for your shipping needs. If products are in stock, Our standard delivery time is 3-4 days from the day we receive your order. Should the order take longer to process due to merchandise availability, you will be notified by email or phone.

RETURN POLICY
Damaged or incorrect item, or if an item was missing, please call, fax, write or e-mail our Customer Service Department within10 daysReturns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.To return an item, simply fill out the reverse side of your packing slip and send it to us with the item you are returning. Coastline Imports does not pay return shipping costs.

DAMAGES
Shipments with visible freight damage should be claimed with the carrier by us. Let us know if you need a replace or credit.

GET CREDIT
If you return an item, you will receive credit for the amount of the item (excluding shipping and handling) by the same method you used to pay.

REPLACEMENT
If for any reason you’d like to return an item you’ve ordered and replace it with another item, give us a call and we’ll be happy to help!
